Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older. No purchase necessary. One qualifier per household. Void where prohibited by law.
Duration: The beta program will run for 6 weeks starting in late March Participants are expected to actively engage throughout this period.
Equipment: Participants will receive a smartwear suit for testing purposes. This suit remains the property of Smart Wear Group but may be kept by the participant at the conclusion of the beta program. The smartwear suit cannot be sold or transferred to any other individual during or after the program.
Feedback Requirements:
a. Participants agree to provide weekly updates and feedback on their experience with the smartwear suit.
b. Feedback should include written responses to questionnaires and/or surveys.
c. Participants agree to submit videos demonstrating the smartwear suit in use, as requested by program coordinators.
Confidentiality: All information about the smartwear suit, including its features and performance, must be kept confidential during the beta testing period.
Intellectual Property: Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback provided during the beta program become the property of Smart Wear Group and may be used for product improvement without additional compensation.
Liability: Participants use the smartwear suit at their own risk and must follow all provided safety guidelines. Smart Wear Group is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the suit.
Termination: Smart Wear Group reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the beta program at any time, for any reason.
Data Usage: Personal information and data collected during the beta program will be used in accordance with our privacy policy [link to privacy policy].
Changes to Rules: Smart Wear Group reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
Agreement: By participating in the beta program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these rules.
